When I was twelve I had an epiphany. I was walking home alone from school after an argument with my best friend, I could see how we were both protecting ourselves and projecting. I could feel us both wanting to be seen and loved. Then I felt deep in my heart the power of relationships. I thought, I’ve discovered the meaning of life... relationships!
Overtime I’ve learned about the nuance of this truth through the significance of our relationships with ourselves, our environments, our stuff, in addition to other humans.

My therapeutic approach uniquely integrates the Enneagram, a powerful tool which provides a dynamic map to uncover and transform limiting beliefs, confusing emotions, and maladaptive behaviors that keep us stuck. When we gain insight about our enneagram types, and the types of the people we are in relationship with, we gain the courage to take off our defensive armor.
What's particularly transformative about my work is how I combine the Enneagram with other powerful modalities—including EMDR, IFS, Somatic Therapy, and attachment theory—to supercharge your relational healing.
